13 New Apprentices

Each apprenticeship year begins with a two-week onboarding program, most of which is conducted jointly with the other training companies located at the Walsrode Industrial Park. The primary objective is for the apprentices to get to know one another as well as the industrial park's 87-hectare site. Equipped with this important foundation, the apprentices started this week in MSM’s dedicated training center, where they learn the fundamentals of their chosen profession before moving on to gain their first hands-on experience in the operational departments.

This close support, combined with the practical training provided by the four instructors at the training center and the cross-company collaboration with partners Dow, Roquette, and IFF, is what makes vocational training at the Walsrode Industrial Park so successful.
